Estate planning representation is a significant portion of the firm’s practice. Two of the firm’s attorneys specializing in this area have a combined total of more than fifty (50) years in estate planning experience in addition to prior employment in trust banking or as a Certified Public Accountant. The use of revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable remainder trusts, family limited partnerships, and a myriad of other estate planning devices are familiar to them. Our attorneys are well experienced in the intricacies necessary to protect and pass on closely held family businesses or other properties. In addition, long years of experience provide our attorneys with the ability to be particularly sensitive to special family situations requiring innovative drafting for the protection of assets and family members.
