Curtis Hamlin joined the firm in 1979. Mr. Hamlin is a Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a Real Estate Lawyer and is Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Land Development Law. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Community Association Law representing associations and their unit owner members, Real Estate Development, including residential and commercial projects, with a specific emphasis on Affordable Housing Development.
